Well I have not been on track for a while... So I decided today was the day to get back on track....
So I have started my 10 cleanse, and so far I am feeling good...
I started my morning with my Grape Spark, and the Fiber Drink mixed together... Tasted pretty darn good... I know a lot of people say that you shouldn't take your fiber drink with your Spark because its a waste... But I do not drink other juices so this works well for me... For Breakfast I had a cup of Oatmeal... Wasn't steel cut but at least it was oatmeal... For my snack I had a delicious Cara cara orange, and some of the trail mix I made (cashews, almonds and cranberries).. Pretty satisfying... I am looking forward to my lunch which will be a salad with left over BBQ Tritip, and some avocado... I have unsweetened applesauce,an apple and more trail mix for snack time later... I like choices...
Not sure what my dinner will be, but I hope to keep it healthy again....
